Leigh Nolan Memorial UPARC Event

The 9th Annual Leigh Nolan Memorial UPARC Event to benefit the Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens (UPARC) will be held on November 2, 2008. This year we will continued to help raise awareness within our community to the important services that UPARC provides to our citizens.
